Swissmiss Cupcakes

Ingredients:
1/2 cup shortening
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pack of swissmiss powder
1 cup milk
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation:
In a large mixing bowl, sift and combine the flour, swissmiss powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt then set aside
In a separate bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy
Add eggs one at a time, beat for 30 seconds between each.
Add about a fourth of the flour to the butter/sugar mixture and beat to combine.
Add about one third of milk and beat until combined. 
Repeat above, alternating flour and milk and ending with the flour mixture. 
Fill paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. 
Remove to wire racks to cool completely.

Tips:
If you're using a turbo broilerPreheat the turbo broiler 150 degrees then bake for 15 minutes.

Hi,

I'm also using turbo broiler and I wanted to ask how do you cook in batches? Say you will bake cookies that are approx 20pcs. Do you just bake the first batch for 10mins and allow the turbo broiler to cool down or do you just remove the cookies and place the new batch in? Turbo broiler has very limited space so i wanted to know the most efficient way to use it.
